Libyan Football Player Lauded for Memorizing Quran
In a message posted on its Facebook page, the club said, “Good for a person who has been honored by God to become a memorizer of His Book,” Libya al-Mustaqbal reported.
It congratulated the player for having learned the entire Quran by heart with the narration of Sheikh Abdul Salam Asmar al-Fitouri.
The club prayed that God will also grant him the blessing of Taqwa and enlighten his heart with the light of guidance.
Alittihad Misurata is a football club based in Misurata, western Libya. It was founded in 1965.
